The company's name is Max Tallent Construction. The founder, Maximilian Ferrer, was taught his skill set of construction management from the late Benjamin Tallent. Max Tallent Construction, or M.T.C., is the culmination of a lifetime of hard work. It's the realization of a set of values and beliefs put into action. Benjamin Tallent had a saying that summarizes the reason that M.T.C. came to be, "there is only one way to do things, the right way." Being as that a majority of clientele are comprised of homes that were not built the "right way", this saying seemed to be known only by Ben. This mentality stood out to our clients, but more importantly left an impression on Maximilian. Therefore, Maximilian and Ben decided to find a network of service professionals that felt the same about their trades as they did about theirs. They could have never assumed it would have taken eight years to assemble a group that they felt comfortable enough to rely and depend on. However, "there is only one way to do things, the right way."
Over those eight years Max learned exactly what the "right way" means. It means to do right by those around you no matter what the cost. In large part it's an expectation to live up to your word and deliver. In the last two months of Benjamin F. Tallent's life Max Tallent Construction was officially created. They had finally completed a network they were more than satisfied with.
The premise is simple, Ben and Max envisioned a construction company built on three pillars; customer service, perfection (or as close as humanly possible), and results. Though Ben had taken more of a back seat due to his diminishing health condition in the year before Max Tallent Construction opened, he was able to see the company officially open before eventually teaching us there really is a right way to do things, even dying. We believe everybody deserves the same level of respect and quality of work.
